Refund & Exchange Policy

At Bold N Beaux, we are committed to ensuring you look sharp and feel confident in every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

1. Returns & Exchange Window

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. If 7 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Tags & Packaging: All original tags must be attached. The item must be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase (Order ID) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items purchased during a "Clearance" or "Final Sale."

  • Innerwear or socks (for hygiene reasons).

  • Custom-tailored or personalized items.

3. The Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at support@boldnbeaux.com or WhatsApp us at +91 9380309282 with your Order ID and reason for return/exchange.

  2. Approval: Once your request is reviewed, we will send you instructions on how to ship the package back to us (or arrange a reverse pickup if available in your area).

  3. Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Prepaid Orders: The refund amount will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For COD orders, we will issue a store credit (Gift Card) or transfer the amount to your bank account (you will be asked to provide bank details). Note that shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong size. If you need to exchange an item for a different size:

  • Contact us immediately at support@boldnbeaux.com.

  • We will arrange for the pickup of the original item and dispatch the replacement size once the original item reaches our warehouse.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

7. Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.
